Casa Pauline 1-2 person holiday home

The completely renovated old Portuguese cottage Casa Pauline (45 m2) is a wonderfully comfortable and luxurious self-catered holiday home with two bedrooms and shared pool for 1-2 people in a Mediterranean garden in the Algarve, Portugal.

What does Casa Pauline offer?
The cottage has been renovated in Portuguese style with the familiar authentic Portuguese details. Suitable for all ages, it's also ideal for small families, remote workers, and winter visitors.

The high wooden ceilings and numerous windows make the holiday home feel bright and spacious. It boasts sea views, its own private, south-facing Mediterranean garden, and the neighbor's olive grove.

Air conditioning and underfloor cooling in the summer, and comfortable underfloor heating and a cozy wood-burning stove in the winter. The floor is covered with original handmade Portuguese Santa Catarina tiles.

From the cozy living room, you have access to the master bedroom, the bathroom, and the second smaller bedroom. The kitchenette is located in the living room.

Kitchen
This is equipped with an oven, induction hob, extractor hood, small double dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen linens, crockery, cutlery, and a separate large refrigerator. And of course, all the necessary cooking utensils.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a vanity with a sink. The floor is covered in Portuguese tiles, handcrafted by an 83-year-old local craftsman.

Of course, with modern underfloor heating for the winter! A rain shower with hand shower, vanity unit, and toilet complete the bathroom.

Living room
Here you will find two comfortable armchairs, a three-seater velvet sofa, a coffee table with marble and glass and a modern carpet.

You can dine at the wooden dining table with four compact, handmade linen-look chairs. And don't forget the cozy wood-burning stove; the logs are already laid out.

Large bedroom
This consists of a handmade luxury box spring with a quilted headboard and a 21 cm high hotel quality medium-firm mattress of 180 cm x 200 cm.

A clothes rack, a chest of drawers, air conditioning, and French doors leading to your own spacious garden. Bathrobes and towels are provided!

Second bedroom
This includes a single sofa bed (which can be extended into a double bed) with a good-quality mattress. There's also a hanging area for clothes and a well-stocked bookcase.

Garden
The large private Mediterranean garden with a terrace is equipped with a parasol and lounge set for relaxing outdoors. There is a terrace and parking space at both the front and side of the house.

Communal garden
The communal, young Mediterranean garden features primarily plants from the Algarve, such as yuccas, cacti, and succulents. Palms, cypresses, and fruit trees are also present. We bought some, but we also took cuttings from many of the plants ourselves, and they have grown considerably since then.

In this garden, you'll also find a large gas barbecue where you can barbecue to your heart's content. A pétanque court will also be added in the future.

Shared swimming pool
Finally, there's the 10x4 meter saltwater pool. It's big enough to swim a few laps or relax on the bench in the water with a drink. Sunbeds await you under the palm trees overlooking the Atlantic coast. Let the holidays begin!

Casa Florine 1-2 person holiday home

Casa Florine is a modern, luxurious, and hotel-chic self-catered holiday home of 40 m2, for 1-2 people with a shared pool at Boutique Hotel Guesthouse-Moncarapacho in the eastern Algarve, Portugal.

The holiday home is fully equipped with every comfort, overlooking the spacious Mediterranean garden and the neighbor's beautiful olive grove. Even the sea is visible from the terrace! Comfortable underfloor heating for the winter and automatic air conditioning for the summer.

What does Casa Florine offer?
A wonderfully spacious and bright home with wood-look whalebone tiles, a comfortable English-style double sofa with a beautiful print, a compact gold-colored armchair, and two coffee tables with marble tops. The high wooden ceiling and numerous windows create a light and airy feel.

Kitchen
The spacious luxury kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob with extractor hood, small double dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer.

And of course, all the necessary cooking utensils, including kitchen linens, crockery, and cutlery. The spacious dining area features a cozy round mineral-coated dining table and four custom-made, gold-colored chairs.

Bedroom
The sleeping area features a handmade box spring with an upholstered headboard and a 21 cm high, hotel-quality, medium-firm mattress (180x200 cm). Next to the bed are two bedside tables made of gold-colored metal and marble.

A spacious built-in wardrobe and French doors leading to your private garden/terrace. A large air conditioning unit is available to cool or heat the studio.

Bathroom
Adjacent to the sleeping area is the luxurious bathroom. It features a walk-in shower with a hand shower, toilet, mirror, and marble vanity. The marble comes from Portugal and was crafted by a local artisan.

Bath and bed linen are provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large bath towels for the pool and/or beach.

Garden
The large private Mediterranean garden with terrace is equipped with a parasol, table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Casa Celine
The luxurious, modern holiday bungalow Casa Celine (90 m²) has a shared saltwater pool and stunning views of the fishing village of Fuseta and the Atlantic Ocean in the Algarve. Suitable for 1-2 people.

What does Casa Celine offer?
A cozy living room with fireplace gives direct access to a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and shared swimming pool.

A lovely lounge sofa and a cozy large dining table with six comfortable chairs adjacent to the open kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop with integrated extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, wine cooler, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a large American-style fridge-freezer. And, of course, all the necessary cooking utensils, including kitchen linens, crockery, and cutlery.

In the hallway, you'll find a toilet, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and access to the spacious bedroom. This bedroom features a double bed with a mattress topper, a clothes rack, air conditioning, and French doors leading to the garden and sea views.

The luxurious bathroom features a walk-in shower with a handheld showerhead, vanity unit, and a second toilet with a handheld showerhead. Bath and bed linens are provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large bath towels for the pool and/or beach.

From the garden, you can take the stairs up to the roof terrace, offering stunning ocean views. The house features underfloor heating and a fireplace for the winter, and automatic air conditioning for the summer.

Communal garden
The communal garden is equipped with comfortable loungers and a parasol. It's largely planted with Mediterranean plants and trees, and of course, there are also the orange trees for which our area is famous.

Casa Felix, 1-2 person hotel room

Holiday home Casa Felix is ​​a spacious 25m² hotel room, with the option to book a delicious breakfast in your room or by the pool in our Mediterranean garden. Available during the summer season from May to September.

What does Casa Felix offer?
It features a cozy seating area, a bed with a private, luxurious bathroom, a sea view, and access to the shared pool. Suitable for 1-2 people and remote workers.

The window seat overlooking the Atlantic Ocean features two comfortable chairs and a small table. This is where we serve breakfast or where you can work. The room also includes a television, kettle, and Nespresso machine.

The bedroom features a 180x200 cm box-spring mattress with a topper. Adjacent to the sleeping area is the luxurious bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower with a hand shower, toilet, mirror, and designer sink.

Bath and bed linen are provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large bath towels for the pool and/or beach.

The high wooden ceiling and windows give the B&B room a bright and spacious feel. It has automatic air conditioning and underfloor cooling in the summer.

Resort Guesthouse Moncarapacho, 1-8 person Villa

During the summer months, you can enjoy our small, luxurious Boutique Hotel Guesthouse-Moncarapacho with a swimming pool in the eastern Algarve with family or friends. The sea, with its long, wide beaches, is less than 8 km from our guesthouse.

Our guesthouse is situated in a rural area on a dirt road just outside the village of Moncarapacho, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the fishing village of Fuseta, the Ria Formosa nature reserve, and our neighbor's olive grove.

What does the entire Guesthouse offer?
The three self-catered holiday homes, suitable for 1 to 8 people, are tastefully and luxuriously furnished by the Belgian designers ConceptX Interiors from neighbouring Olhão.

Enjoy the warm colors, soft fabrics, marble, and gleaming gold, but especially the comfortable chairs, sofas, and box-spring beds. The furnishings and decorations/paintings by artist Chantal van Leeuwen are perfectly coordinated.

The kitchens are luxuriously equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, wine cooler, and dishwasher. Would you prefer to enjoy a delicious breakfast every day on the terrace of your accommodation? Or occasionally enjoy a dinner prepared for you? Let us know when you book.

Casa Florine and Casa Celine each accommodate up to two people. Casa Pauline has an additional (small) bedroom, making it suitable for a small family. Bed linens and towels are provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large beach towels for the pool and/or beach.
