The fully renovated Portuguese cottage Casa Pauline (45 m2) is a wonderfully comfortable and luxurious self-catered holiday home with two bedrooms and a shared pool for 1-2 people in a Mediterranean garden in the Algarve, in Portugal.

What does Casa Pauline offer?
The cottage has been renovated in Portuguese style with the well-known authentic Portuguese details. Suitable for young and old, also suitable for small families, remote workers, and winter visitors.

Thanks to the high wooden ceilings and many windows, the holiday home looks light and spacious. It has sea views, its own private Mediterranean garden facing south, and the neighbors' olive grove.

Air conditioning and floor cooling in summer, and comfortable underfloor heating and a cozy wood stove in winter. The floor is covered with original handmade Portuguese Santa Catarina floor tiles.

From the cozy living room you have access to the largest bedroom, the bathroom, and the second small bedroom.

Kitchen
This is equipped with an oven, induction hob, extractor hood, small two-person dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen linen, crockery, cutlery, and a separate large fridge. And of course all the necessities for cooking.

Bathroom
The bathroom consists of a bathroom unit with a washbasin. The floor is covered with Portuguese tiles that are handcrafted by an 83-year-old craftsman from the area.

Of course, with modern underfloor heating for winter! A rain shower with hand shower, bathroom unit, and toilet complete the bathroom.

Living room
Here you will find two comfortable armchairs, a three-seater velvet sofa, a coffee table with marble and glass, and a modern carpet.

You can dine at the wooden dining table with four compact handmade dining chairs in linen look. And not to forget the cozy wood stove; the firewood is already ready.

Large bedroom
This consists of a handmade luxury boxspring with a stitched headboard and a 21 cm high hotel-quality medium-hardness mattress of 180cmx200cm and a topper.

A wardrobe, a chest of drawers, air conditioning, and French doors to your own spacious garden. The bathrobes and bath towels are ready for you!

Small bedroom
This consists of a single-bed sofa bed (which can be unfolded into a double bed) with a good quality mattress. Also a hanging area for your clothes and a well-stocked bookshelf. Additionally, beside a single bed, a baby crib can be placed.

Garden
The large private Mediterranean garden with terrace is equipped with a parasol, lounge set for relaxing outside. Both at the front and side of the house there is a terrace and a parking space.

Shared garden
In the shared young Mediterranean garden there are mainly plants from the Algarve such as yuccas, cacti, and succulents. There are also palms, cypresses, and fruit trees.

In this garden you also find the large gas barbecue where you can barbecue to your heart's content. A jeu de boules court will be added in the future.

Shared pool
Finally the saltwater pool measures 10 by 4 meters. It is large enough to swim a few laps or relax on the bench in the water with a glass.

There are sunbeds ready for you under the palms with a view of the Atlantic coast. Let the holiday begin!

Remote work
If you want to work remotely during your stay at Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho in addition to relaxing, you can do so with us. We provide a good office chair and good WiFi.

Decoration
Along with Belgian designers from Concept X Interiors from the nearby town of Olhao, our three accommodations have been furnished. We are super excited about the result.

The paintings hanging in our holiday homes were made by Dutch artist Chantal van Leeuwen. She works and lives in the Algarve.

Casa Florine is a modern, luxurious and hotel‑chic self‑catered holiday home of 40 m², for 1‑2 people with shared pool at Boutique Hotel Guesthouse‑Moncarapacho in the east Algarve, Portugal.

What does Casa Florine offer?
A delightful spacious and bright house with wood‑look herringbone tiles, a comfortable English model double sofa with a beautiful print, a compact gold‑colored armchair, two coffee tables with marble tops.

Thanks to the high wooden ceiling and many windows, it feels light and spacious. A large air conditioning unit is available to cool the entire space.

Kitchen
The spacious luxury kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob with extractor hood, small double dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer. 

And of course all the necessities for cooking, kitchen linens, crockery and cutlery. The dining area is spaciously arranged with a cozy round mineral‑coated dining table and 4 handmade gold‑colored custom chairs.

Bedroom
The sleeping area is furnished with a handmade boxspring with upholstered headboard, 21 cm high hotel‑quality medium‑hardness mattress 180×200 cm.

Next to the bed two nightstands made of gold‑colored metal and marble. A spacious built‑in wardrobe and sliding doors to your private garden/terrace. 

Bathroom
Adjacent to the sleeping area is the luxury bathroom. It is equipped with a walk‑in shower with handheld shower, toilet, mirror and marble bathroom furniture. The marble comes from Portugal and is made by a local craftsman.

Bath and bed linens are provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large bath towels for the pool and/or beach. 

Garden
The large private Mediterranean garden with terrace is equipped with a parasol, table and chairs for enjoying meals outside.

Shared garden
In the shared young Mediterranean garden there are mainly plants from the Algarve such as yuccas, cacti and succulents. Palms, cypresses and fruit trees are also present.

Casa Celine
The luxury modern holiday bungalow Casa Celine (60 m2) is located directly by the pool and offers a beautiful view of the fishing village Fuseta and the Atlantic Ocean in the Algarve. Suitable for 1-2 people.

What does Casa Celine offer?
A cozy living room with a fireplace that gives direct access to the covered terrace (20m2) with an outdoor kitchen, a long dining table with 4 chairs, and a shared pool.

A lovely lounge sofa and a cozy round dining table with four comfortable chairs that border the open kitchen. 

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with built-in extractor, dishwasher, oven, wine fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a large American fridge with freezer. And of course all the necessities for cooking, kitchen linen, crockery, and cutlery.

In the hallway you will find a toilet, the kitchenette with washing machine and dryer, and the passage to the spacious bedroom. It consists of a double bed with topper, coat rack, wardrobe with drawers, air conditioning, and French doors to the garden with sea view.

The luxury bathroom has a walk-in shower with handheld shower, bathroom furniture, and a second toilet with handheld shower.  Bath and bed linen are provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large beach towels for the pool and/or beach.

From the garden you can go up the stairs to the roof terrace and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. The property is equipped with underfloor heating and a fireplace for winter, and automatic air conditioning and floor cooling for summer. 

Shared garden
The shared garden is furnished with lovely sunbeds and a parasol. It largely consists of Mediterranean plants and trees, and of course the orange trees are not missing where our surroundings are known for.

In this garden you will also find the large gas barbecue where you can grill to your heart's content. A game of boules court will be added in the future.

Pool
Finally, the saltwater pool measures 10 by 4 meters. Large enough to swim a few laps or relax on the bench in the water with a drink.

Casa Felix, 1-2 person hotel room

Casa Felix is ​​een ruime hotelkamer met de mogelijkheid een ontbijt bij te boeken. Deze serveren  we op het (dak)terras of aan het zwembad in onze jonge mediterrane tuin. Heerlijk toch?  

In ons dorpje Moncarapacho, maar ook in de buurdorpjes Fuseta en Olhao kun je overigens ook heerlijk ontbijten. We vertellen je graag waar je deze kunt vinden.

Casa Felix is beperkt beschikbaar. Alleen in de zomermaanden en pas een maand voor aankomst te boeken. Wil je eerder boeken laat het ons weten per email.

Wat biedt Casa Felix?
Het bestaat uit gezellig zitje, een ruim tweepersoonsbed met eigen luxe badkamer, zeezicht en toegang tot het gedeelde zwembad. Geschikt voor 1-2 personen.

Het zitje aan het raam met uitzicht op de Atlantische oceaan bestaat uit twee comfortable stoelen en een tafeltje. 

Het hoge houten plafond en de ramen geven deze kamer een lichte en ruime uitstraling. Het heeft automatische airconditioning en vloerkoeling in de zomer. 

De slaapkamer is voorzien van een boxspringmatras van 180x200 cm met topper. Grenzend aan het slaapgedeelte bevindt zich de luxe en ruime badkamer. Deze beschikt over een inloopdouche met handdouche, toilet, spiegel en design wastafel.

Bad- en bedlinnen is aanwezig, evenals comfortabele badjassen en grote badlakens voor zwembad en/of strand. 

Op het overdekte terras bij het zwembad vind je in de buitenkeuken koffie-en thee voorzieningen. 

Voor wie is Casa Felix geschikt?
Voor mensen die op vliegveld Faro landen en enkele dagen tot rust willen komen, op doorreis zijn naar Spanje of rondtrekken in Portugal is deze hotelkamer perfect. Voor 1-2 personen.

Wil je langere tijd bij ons verblijven kijk dan even naar onze drie self-catered vakantiewoningen Casa Florine, Casa Pauline en Casa Celine met hotelservices.

Wil je tijdens je verblijf vakantie vieren en op afstand werken? Dan zorgen wij voor een bureaustoel en kun je gebruikmaken van onze wifi. 

Tuin
In de gemeenschappelijke jonge mediterrane tuin staan voornamelijk planten uit de Algarve zoals yucca's, cactussen en succulenten. Maar ook palmen, cypressen en fruitbomen ontbreken niet.

In deze gemeenschappelijke tuin ligt het zoutwaterzwembad van 10x4 meter. Groot genoeg om een ​​paar baantjes te trekken of te ontspannen op het bankje van het zwembad met een drankje.

Ligbedden staan ​​voor je klaar onder de palmbomen met uitzicht op de Atlantische kust. Laat je vakantie maar beginnen!

Resort Guesthouse Moncarapacho, 1-8 person Villa

In de zomermaanden kun je samen met familie of vrienden van ons kleinschalig, luxe Boutique Hotel Guesthouse-Moncarapacho met zwembad in de oost-Algarve genieten.

Op nog geen 8 km afstand van ons Guesthouse is de zee met zijn lange brede stranden te vinden. 

Ons guesthouse is landelijk gelegen aan een onverharde weg - net buiten het dorpje Moncarapacho - met uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan en het vissersdorpje Fuseta, natuurreservaat "Ria Formosa" en de olijfgaard van onze buren.

Direct boeken
Rechtstreeks je vakantieverblijf boeken bij Boutique Hotel Guesthouse-Moncarapacho waarderen wij zeer. We bieden je dan ook graag op je eerste vakantiedag een heerlijk ontbijtje aan! Maar dat is nog niet alles.

In het geval je vroeger aankomt of later vertrekt kun je in je vakantieverblijf terecht zonder extra kosten. Direct boeken is zeker de moeite waard! Relaxed toch? 

Wat biedt het gehele Guesthouse?
De drie self-catered vakantiewoningen (170m2) met eigen terrassen, geschikt voor 1 tot 8 personen, zijn smaakvol en luxe ingericht door de Belgische ontwerpers ConceptX Interiors uit het naburige Olhão.

Geniet van de warme kleuren, zachte stoffen, marmer en glanzend goud, maar vooral van de comfortabele stoelen, banken en boxspringbedden.

De inrichting en decoratie/schilderijen van kunstenares Chantal van Leeuwen zijn volledig op elkaar afgestemd.

De keukens zijn luxe uitgerust met een inductiekookplaat, oven, koelkast, wijnkoeler en vaatwasser. Wil je liever dagelijks een heerlijk ontbijt op het terras van uw accommodatie? Of af en toe genieten van een dineetje wat wij voor je bereiden? Laat het ons weten bij je boeking.

Casa Florine en Casa Celine zijn elk geschikt voor maximaal 2 personen. Casa Pauline heeft een extra (kleine) slaapkamer, waardoor het geschikt is voor een klein gezin. Bij Casa Celine kan eventueel in de ruime slaapkamer een babybedje worden geplaatst.

Bad- en bedlinnen is aanwezig, evenals comfortabele badjassen en grote badlakens voor zwembad en/of strand. 

Gemeenschappelijke tuin
De tuin is voorzien van heerlijke ligbedden en parasols. Het bestaat grotendeels uit mediterrane planten en bomen en natuurlijk ontbreken de sinaasappelbomen niet waar onze omgeving bekend om staat.

In deze tuin vind je ook de grote gasbarbeque waar je naar hartelust kunt barbecueën. Er komt op termijn nog een jeu de boules baan.

Zwembad
Tenslotte het zoutwater zwembad van 10 bij 4 meter. Groot genoeg om een paar baantjes te zwemmen of heerlijk op het bankje in het water te relaxen met een glaasje.

Er staan ligbedden voor je klaar onder de palmen met uitzicht op de Atlantische kust. Laat de vakantie maar beginnen!

Remote werken
Wil je tijdens je verblijf, naast heerlijk relaxen ook werken, dan kan dat bij ons. Wij zorgen voor een goede bureaustoel, printer en WiFi.
