A partir das 16:00 você é bem-vindo em sua estadia de férias. A menos que seja acordado de outra forma (por escrito)!

Durante sua estadia, toalhas de praia, toalhas, utensílios de cozinha, roupa de cama e roupões de banho estão incluídos. Isso economiza espaço no seu bagageiro!

Na sala de estar da sua acomodação, você encontrará o código QR para o Wi‑Fi.

Limpeza

Em cada dia útil (manhã), durante sua ausência, sua estadia será renovada. A cama será arrumada, toalhas trocadas e a roupa de cama trocada semanalmente.

Preservação dos nossos pertences

Nossas acomodações são decoradas com belos tecidos quentes que nós e nossos hóspedes gostamos de desfrutar por muito tempo. Há mantas no chalé para proteger o sofá e as cadeiras.

Infantil

Ao alugar para famílias com crianças, os sofás e cadeiras são cobertos com mantas por padrão.

Verão

Nos meses de verão, pode ficar muito quente na Algarve.

Ar‑condicionado

Cada chalé possui ar‑condicionado. Aproveite‑o enquanto estiver em sua estadia de férias.

Água

Na Algarve há escassez de água no verão devido à seca. Agradecemos se você levar isso em conta.

Inverno

Nossos chalés são bem isolados e têm o mais alto selo energético. No inverno há aquecimento por piso na acomodação. Em Casa Pauline e Casa Celine, há também uma lareira de lenha.

Biblioteca

Se você quiser ler um bom livro durante sua estadia, há um livro que lhe agrada na estante de Casa Pauline e Casa Celine.

Banheiro

No banheiro, você encontrará toalhas de banho grandes e pequenas. Substituiremos as toalhas e utensílios de cozinha quando você precisar.

Cozinha

Nossas três acomodações self‑catered estão equipadas com todas as comodidades.

Geladeira de Vinho

Na cozinha, há uma geladeira de vinho. Algumas vinhos deliciosos da região estão disponíveis para você. Aproveite!

Máquina de Lavar Louça

Para sua conveniência, há uma máquina de lavar louça para duas pessoas.

Churrasqueira

Se quiser usar a churrasqueira, pode fazê‑lo no jardim comum perto da piscina.

Em Casa Pauline há um segundo quarto (menor). Informe-nos se você também gostaria de usá‑lo.

Crianças Pequenas

Berço, almofada de troca, tigela e cadeira infantil estão disponíveis em Casa Pauline. Informe o que você precisa para seu(s) filho(s), e cuidaremos disso.

Segurança

Portugal, e especialmente aqui no interior, é um dos países mais seguros para viver.

Número de Alarme

Aqui também, o número de alarme nacional é 112 ou ligue para a organização de ajuda iMergencies.

Piscina

Para a segurança das crianças pequenas, há uma cobertura elétrica na piscina. Se crianças estiverem em Casa Pauline, mantemos a cobertura fechada o tempo todo, a menos que estejamos presentes.

Para segurança e tranquilidade, as crianças só podem usar a piscina comum com os pais.

Visita

Se receber visitas em sua estadia, informe‑nos com antecedência no nosso grupo WhatsApp comum.

Hospedar

Se quiser que sua visita passe a noite em sua acomodação, isso só pode ser feito se tivermos acordado por escrito no grupo WhatsApp ou por e‑mail.

O custo por pessoa e por noite é de 35 euros, excluindo taxa turística. Eles também são registrados no SEF, assim como qualquer outro hóspede.

Manutenção

Pequena manutenção na acomodação às vezes é necessária. Isso será feito na medida do possível durante sua ausência. Informaremos no grupo de WhatsApp, a menos que haja emergência.

Área Rural

Nosso Guesthouse fica no meio da natureza. É importante levar isso em conta.

Pragas

Não deixe sacos de lixo ao ar livre e mantenha a cozinha sempre limpa para evitar pragas.

Saneamento

Nosso Guesthouse não está conectado ao esgoto. Para evitar entupimentos, pedimos que coloque apenas papel higiênico no vaso sanitário.

Fogo

Em Portugal é proibido, especialmente no período de verão, fazer fogo devido à seca.

Saída

Pedimos que deixe a acomodação antes das 10:00 para que possamos preparar tudo para os próximos hóspedes. A menos que seja acordado por escrito!

Espaço para Bagagem

Se não puder ficar mais tempo na acomodação, podemos colocar suas malas em um armário trancado até sua partida.

Limpeza

Deixe a acomodação limpa ao sair.

Se quiser deixar tudo isso conosco, afinal é férias, solicite nosso arranjo Comfort.

Revisão

Na acomodação há um livro de hóspedes pronto para, se você gostar, registrar suas experiências do entorno e/ou dicas de restaurantes para os próximos hóspedes.
