Cancellation Terms 2025-10

1. Regular Cancellation

  1. Cancellation must be communicated in writing or by email to info@guesthouse-moncarapacho.com
  2. The following cancellation fees apply:
    2.1 Up to 60 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total rental amount.
    2.2 From 60 to 14 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total rental amount.
    2.3 Within 14 days of the arrival date: 100% of the total rental amount.

2. Cancellation by Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho

  1. In case of force majeure, whether permanent or temporary, Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho is entitled to wholly or partially terminate or suspend the agreement temporarily without the guest being able to claim performance and/or compensation for damage.
  2. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: danger of war, war, civil unrest, riots, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy circuit, traffic or transport, government measures, shortages of raw materials, natural disasters, and all extraordinary weather conditions.
  3. In case of death of one of the owners or close family members, etc., where full or partial performance of the agreement cannot reasonably be expected from Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho, this also applies in the event of business closure and/or sale of the property.

3. Substitution

  1. If the reservation is transferred to a third party, the booker must notify Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho by email at info@guesthouse-moncarapacho.com no later than 3 days before the start of the stay.
  2. Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho will charge a fee of €50.00 for processing the transfer.
  3. Amounts already paid will be considered by Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho as having been paid by the party taking over. The transferring and receiving parties must settle this between themselves.

We advise you to always take out a good travel and/or cancellation insurance policy.
