Cancellation Conditions 2025-10
1. Regular Cancellation
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by e-mail to info@guesthouse-moncarapacho.com
- The following costs are associated with a cancellation:
2.1 Up to 60 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total rental amount.
2.2 From 60 to 14 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total rental amount.
2.3 Within 14 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental amount.
2. Cancellation by Boutique Guesthouse Moncarapacho
- In case of force majeure, both permanent and temporary, Boutique Guesthouse Moncarapacho is entitled to terminate the agreement in whole or in part or to suspend it temporarily without the guest being able to claim performance and/or compensation.
- Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: war risk, war, insurrection, riot, strikes, boycott, disruptions in the energy circuit, traffic or transport, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and any other extraordinary weather conditions.
- Death of one of the owners or closest family members, etc., where full or partial performance of the agreement cannot reasonably be demanded from Boutique Guesthouse Moncarapacho. This also applies in case of business closure and/or sale of the property.
3. Substitution
- If the reservation is transferred to a third party, the booker must notify this by e-mail to info@guesthouse-moncarapacho.com at least 3 days before the start of the stay.
- For processing the transfer, Boutique Guesthouse Moncarapacho will charge €50.00 in modification fees.
- Amounts already paid will be considered by Boutique Guesthouse Moncarapacho as having been paid by the taking party. The transferring and taking parties must arrange this further among themselves.
We advise you to always take out good travel and/or cancellation insurance.
