Cancellation policy 2025-09
1. Regular cancellation
- Cancellation must be communicated in writing or by email to info@guesthouse-moncarapacho.com
- The following costs are associated with a cancellation:
2.1 Up to 60 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total rental amount.
2.2 From 60 to 14 days before arrival date: 75% of the total rental amount.
2.3 Within 14 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental amount.
2. Cancellation by Boutique Guesthouse Moncarapacho
- In the event of force majeure, whether permanent or temporary, Boutique Guesthouse Moncarapacho is entitled to terminate or temporarily suspend the agreement in whole or in part without the guest being able to claim performance and/or compensation.
- Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: threat of war, war, uprising, civil unrest, strikes, boycotts, disruptions to energy, traffic or transport, government measures, shortages of raw materials, natural disasters and all extraordinary weather conditions.
- In the event of the death of one of the owners or immediate family members, or in the event of a death, full or partial fulfillment of the agreement cannot reasonably be expected of Boutique Guesthouse Moncarapacho. This also applies in the event of business closure and/or sale of the property.
3. Substitution
- If the reservation is transferred to a third party, the booker must report this by email to info@guesthouse-moncarapacho.com no later than 3 days before the start of the stay.
- For processing the transfer, Boutique Guesthouse Moncarapacho will charge a €50.00 change fee.
- Boutique Guesthouse Moncarapacho will consider amounts already paid as paid by the acquiring party. The transferring and acquiring parties must further settle this matter among themselves.
