The location is unique
Our Boutique Hotel is located at a rustic point - just outside the village of Moncarapacho - with views of the Atlantic coast and the Ria Formosa nature reserve. 

With the sea 8 kilometres away and the typical Portuguese rural area with orange and olive trees, little markets and old authentic villages, the holiday feeling is complete. 

The various islets off the coast have beautiful beaches and can be reached by taxi boats. Walking, birdwatching, golfing, mountain biking, surfing, SUP, sailing, yoga, swimming, a range of activities to do.

Relaxing by the pool or on your own terrace is of course also delightful!

Because of the wonderful Mediterranean climate, we are open all year round. Our guests are welcome for 1-2 nights up to several months (wintering) with us.

We are happy to offer you, as a guest of our Boutique Hotel, an extra touch. Upon arrival you will find a cozy tapas plate with Portuguese delicacies and in your wine fridge there are delightful local wines awaiting you. 

Large bath towels and comfortable bathrobes are ready for you.  Your stay is refreshed daily and your towels replaced.

Our holiday homes are self-catered with fully equipped kitchens where you can cook and bake at will. We are happy to offer you the chance to join us for dinner in the evening or to enjoy a delicious served breakfast in the morning.

Our holiday homes
Every home is stylish and luxuriously furnished by designers from ConceptX Interiors. Enjoy the warm colours, soft fabrics, marble and gleaming gold!

But especially of comfortable chairs and sofas and, of course, a nice spacious box spring. The kitchens are luxuriously fitted with even a wine fridge and, naturally, a dishwasher.

Chantal van Leeuwen, artist in the Algarve, displays a number of her beautiful  paintings in our guesthouse. The furnishings and décor are perfectly coordinated.
