The location is unique
Our Boutique Hotel is located at a rustic spot - just outside the village of Moncarapacho - with views of the Atlantic coast and the Ria Formosa nature reserve. 

With the sea 8 kilometres away and the typical Portuguese rural area with orange and olive trees, little markets and old authentic villages, it completes the holiday feeling. 

The various islands off the coast have beautiful beaches and can be reached by taxi boats. Walking, bird‑watching, golfing, mountain biking, surfing, stand‑up paddling, sailing, yoga, swimming, a range of activities to do.

Relaxing at the pool or on your own terrace is of course also wonderful!

Thanks to the wonderful Mediterranean climate, we are open all year round. Our guests are welcome from 1–2 nights up to several months (wintering) with us.

We are happy to give you a little extra as a guest of our Boutique Hotel. Upon arrival, you will find a cozy tapas platter with Portuguese delicacies, and in your wine fridge, delightful local wines are waiting for you. 

Large bath towels and comfortable bathrobes are ready for you. Your stay is refreshed daily and your towels are replaced.

Our holiday homes are self‑catered with fully equipped kitchens. At our Boutique Hotel, we also offer you the opportunity to join us for dinner in the evening or enjoy a delightful breakfast in the morning.

Who are our luxury holiday homes suitable for?
For  both  older and younger couples, but also for singles or a small family who enjoy a quiet, luxurious and comfortable environment.

Our holiday homes
Each home is stylishly and luxuriously furnished by designers from ConceptX Interiors. Enjoy the warm colours, soft fabrics, marble and sparkling gold!

But especially of comfortable chairs and sofas and, of course, a nice spacious box spring. The kitchens are luxuriously equipped even with a wine fridge and, naturally, a dishwasher.

Chantal van Leeuwen, artist in the Algarve, displays a number of her beautiful paintings in our guesthouse. The furnishings and décor are fully harmonised.
