From 16:00 you are welcome in your holiday accommodation. Unless otherwise  (in writing) agreed!

During your stay, beach towels, towels, kitchen linens, bed linens and bathrobes are included. That saves a lot of luggage space!

In addition to blogs and information on this website, we have compiled a Digital Newsletter for our guests.

In the living room of your accommodation you will find the QR code for the WIFI. 

Every weekday (morning), during your absence, your stay is refreshed. The bed is made, towels are replenished and your bed is changed weekly. 

Our accommodations are furnished with beautiful warm fabrics that we and our guests want to enjoy for a long time. Blankets are placed in the cottage to protect the sofa and chairs. 

When renting to a family with children, the sofas and chairs are standard covered with blankets.

In the summer months it can get very hot in the Algarve. 

Each cottage is equipped with air conditioning. Use it when you are present in your holiday accommodation. 

In the Algarve there is a shortage of water in summer due to drought. It's nice when you take this into account.

Our cottages are well insulated and have the highest energy label. In winter there is underfloor heating in the accommodation. In Casa Pauline and Casa Celine there is also a wood stove present. 

If you want to enjoy reading a book during your stay, in the bookcase at Casa Pauline and Casa Celine there is always a book that appeals to you. 

In the bathroom you will find large and small bath towels. We replace the towels and kitchen linens when you need them.

Our three self-catered accommodations are equipped with all conveniences. 

In the kitchen you will find a wine fridge. Here are some tasty local wines ready for you. Enjoy!

For your convenience there is a two-person dishwasher. 

If you want to use the barbecue, you can do so in the common garden by the pool. 

In Casa Pauline there is a second (smaller) bedroom. Let us know if you would also like to use it.

Crib, changing pillow, pot, and child chair are available in Casa Pauline. Let us know what you need for your child(ren), and we will take care of it.

Portugal and especially here in the countryside is one of the safest countries to live in. 

Here too the national emergency number is 112 or call the emergency organization iMergencies.

For the safety of small children there is an electric cover on the pool. If children stay in Casa Pauline we keep the cover closed all the time unless we are present.

For safety and peace of mind, children may only use the common pool together with their parents.

If you receive visitors during your stay, let us know in advance in our shared WhatsApp group.

If you would like your visitors to stay overnight in your accommodation, this can only happen when we have agreed in writing in the group WhatsApp or email.

The cost per person per night is €35 excluding tourist tax. They are also registered with SEF, just like any other guest.

Minor maintenance in the accommodation is sometimes necessary. This will be done as much as possible during your absence. We will inform you in the group app in a timely manner unless it is an emergency.

Our Guesthouse is located in the middle of nature. It is important to keep that in mind.

Do not leave trash bags outside and keep the kitchen clean so that pests do not come.

Our Guesthouse is not connected to the sewer system. To prevent blockages, we only ask that you deposit toilet paper in the toilet.

In Portugal it is forbidden, especially during the summer, to make a fire due to the drought.

We ask you to leave the accommodation by 10:00 so we can prepare everything for the next guests. Unless (in writing) otherwise agreed!

If you cannot stay longer in your accommodation, we can put your luggage in a locked cupboard until you leave.

Leave your accommodation tidy when you depart. 

If you would like to leave all of this to us, after all it is vacation, ask for our Comfort arrangement.

In the accommodation there is a guestbook ready so that, if you like, you can note your experiences of the surroundings and/or restaurant tips for the next guests.
