You are welcome to check into your holiday accommodation from 4:00 p.m. If you wish to arrive earlier, this is possible by arrangement. Please note: early check-in is only possible upon confirmation of payment to prevent double bookings.

Rates are as follows:

Arrival after 1:00 p.m., 50% of the nightly rate minus any discount code.

Arrival before 1:00 p.m., 100% of the nightly rate minus any discount code.

Your stay includes beach towels, pool towels, bath towels, kitchen linens, bed linens, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. This saves you valuable suitcase space!

In addition to blogs and information on this website, we have created a Digital Newsletter for our guests.

You will find the QR code for the WIFI in the living room of your accommodation.

During the summer months, your accommodation will be refreshed every weekday (morning) while you are out. The bed will be made, towels will be changed, and for stays longer than 9 days, your bed linens will be changed.

Our accommodations are furnished with beautiful warm fabrics that we and our guests want to enjoy for a long time. There are blankets in the cottage to protect the sofa and chairs.

When renting to families with children, the sofas and chairs are standard covered with blankets.

During the summer months, it can get very hot in the Algarve.

Each cottage has air conditioning. Please use it when you are in your holiday accommodation.

Due to drought, there is a water shortage in the Algarve during the summer months. It would be great if you could take this into account.

Our cottages are well insulated and have the highest energy label. In winter, there is underfloor heating in the accommodation. Casa Pauline and Casa Celine also have a wood-burning stove.

Keep doors and windows closed during the day, curtains open, and let the sun's warmth come inside!

If you fancy reading a book during your stay, there are sure to be some titles in the bookshelf at Casa Pauline and Casa Celine that will appeal to you.

In the bathroom, you will find large and small bath towels. We will replace the towels and kitchen linens when needed.

Our three self-catered accommodations are fully equipped.

In the kitchen, you will find a small wine cooler. Some delicious local wines are waiting for you there. Enjoy!

For your convenience, there is a two-person dishwasher. Dishwashing tablets and garbage bags are provided.

If you wish to use the barbecue, you can do so in the shared garden by the pool.

Casa Pauline has a second (smaller) bedroom. Please let us know if you would like to use it as well.

A cot, changing mat, potty, and high chair are available in Casa Pauline. Please let us know what you need for your child(ren), and we will provide it.

Portugal, especially in rural areas, is one of the safest countries to live in.

The national emergency number here is 112, or you can call the emergency services at iMergencies.

For safety reasons, there is an electric cover on the swimming pool. If children are staying in Casa Pauline, we will keep the cover closed as a precaution unless we are present.

Children without a swimming certificate must wear armbands around and in the pool.

For safety and peace, children may only use the shared pool with their parents.

If you are expecting visitors during your stay, please let us know in advance in our shared WhatsApp group.

If you would like your visitors to stay overnight in your accommodation, this is only possible if we have agreed on it in writing via the group WhatsApp or email. The cost per person per night is €35 (excluding tourist tax). They will also be registered with the SEF, like any other guest.

Minor maintenance in the accommodation may be necessary from time to time. This will be done as much as possible while you are out. We will inform you in the group app unless it is an emergency.

Our Guesthouse is located in the middle of nature. It is important to keep this in mind.

Do not leave garbage bags outside and ensure the kitchen is always clean to avoid attracting pests.

Our Guesthouse is not connected to the sewage system. To prevent blockages, we only ask that you dispose of toilet paper in the toilet.

In Portugal, especially during the summer months, it is prohibited to light a fire due to the dry conditions.

Smoking is not allowed inside your accommodation or by the pool. Smoking is permitted on your private terrace.

We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation by 10:00 a.m. so that we can prepare everything for the next guests.

If you cannot stay in your accommodation any longer, we can store your luggage in a locked cabinet until you depart.

Please leave your accommodation clean and tidy upon departure. If you would rather leave this to us (it is your holiday after all), please ask about our Comfort arrangement.

There is a guestbook in the accommodation for you to note down your experiences of the area and/or restaurant tips for future guests, if you wish to do so.
