We are happy to offer you a discount of at least 20% and a maximum of 40% on a stay with us. You will receive this even for two bookings. You can book with your discount code whenever you want!

And that is not all. During the agreed term you will also receive 3% interest on your investment. Wonderful anticipation and a very affordable dream holiday in the Algarve for you as a future guest.

Sustainability
With the money from this anticipation campaign we want to build our future Guesthouse as sustainably as possible. Consider, for example, solar panels and rainwater collection. Read more about how we want to build sustainably .

And for us? The less we have to borrow from the bank during construction, the more discount we can give to our family, friends and other guests. This way we don't have to pre-finance everything. Very relaxed, a win-win situation.

How does our anticipation discount promotion work?
As a future guest, you lend money to us during the construction period. You can book a stay with us whenever you want, even twice, with a 20-40% discount! The more you lend, the higher the discount and annually you receive 3% interest on your deposit. After the agreed time, you will of course receive your loan money back!

Concept loan agreement
We would like to list all this for you in a draft loan agreement.

• When providing a loan of: 1,000 euros you will receive a 20% discount on your first and second booking. And 3% interest for the entire term.
• When providing a loan of: 2,000 euros you will receive a 25% discount on your first and second booking. And 3% interest for the entire term.
• When providing a loan of: 3,000 euros you will receive a 30% discount on your first and second booking. And 3% interest for the entire term.
• When providing a loan of: 4,000 euros you will receive a 35% discount on your first and second booking. And 3% interest for the entire term.
• When providing a loan of: 5,000+ euros you will receive a 40% discount on your first and second booking. And 3% interest for the entire term.

Any doubts?
- The money will be used for sustainable construction.
- You can book your stay with your discount code whenever you want.
- The discount code remains valid indefinitely.
- You don't have to book your holiday yet, but you can.
- Financially it is smart, in the high season with a 40% discount you only pay 735 euros instead of 1225.00 euros per week!
- And of course you receive 3% interest on your investment at the end of each year.
- You will receive the loaned money back after the term agreed with you.
