If you book a trip between May 1 2023 and October 31 2023, you can receive up to 30 % discount by doing the following: making a 20 % deposit today of the total travel cost. The remaining 80 % of the travel cost must be paid before June 15 2023. (This is the first of two important conditions, see the terms below.) The remaining 80 % can be paid via a credit‑card payment with a processing fee of 2.5 % of the remaining 80 % of the total travel cost (this fee is charged to the customer).

If you book a trip between May 1 2023 and October 31 2023, and you are (a) a member of our travel organization service or (b) a member of our customer‑service team (in the case of a 5‑star hotel), you can receive an additional 5 % discount on the total cost of the trip (including the 2.5 % extra credit‑card processing fee, see below). You only need to make a 20 % deposit (of the total travel cost). The remaining 80 % must be paid before the June 15 2023 deadline, or the trip will be cancelled. If the trip is cancelled by us, you receive an extra discount of 5 % on the total cost of the trip (excluding any credit‑card processing fees).

If you book a trip between May 1 2023 and October 31 2023, and you are a member of our travel organization service, you receive an extra discount of 10 % on the total cost of the trip (excluding any credit‑card processing fees). This discount must be applied before you make the 20 % deposit.

If you book a trip between May 1 2023 and October 31 2023, you receive an extra discount of 5 % on the total cost of the trip (excluding any credit‑card processing fees). This discount must be applied before you make the 20 % deposit.

The total price for your trip is €2250, and you must pay 20 % of this amount as a deposit. The remaining 80 % must be paid before June 15 2023 via a credit‑card payment with a processing fee of 2.5 % of the remaining 80 % of the total travel cost (this fee is charged to the customer).

Once the initial 20 % deposit has been made, and the total cost of the trip is less than 30 % of the full amount (excluding any credit‑card processing fees), you receive an additional 5 % discount.

To complete the booking, the credit‑card payment for the remaining 80 % of the total cost must be made before the June 15 2023 deadline; otherwise the trip will be cancelled.
