Sailing in East Algarve
Our Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the sun, sea and beach, but also take a pleasant boat trip between the islands.

You can actually compare our surroundings to the Wadden Sea area. Several islands are accessible by various boats and boats.

Friends once invited us to sail with their boat. We had a great time. And we also enjoyed a delicious lunch in a small fish restaurant (reservations recommended) on the island of Culatra.

No friends with a boat? There are still plenty of other options 😄😅 For example, for the sporty types, there are kayaks and SUPs to rent.

And from the seaside villages, ferries and water taxis depart to take you to one of the islands. The ferry takes a bit longer, but enjoying the sun on the upper deck is no punishment. And for the few euros that a return trip costs, it's worth it!

You can also rent a small boat with a captain who will show you the nice spots on the various islands and in the beautiful natural area of Ria Formosa.
