Health and safety
Going on holiday abroad when you are alone, a bit older or have health problems can be quite exciting. We therefore find it important that our guests feel safe and at home with us.
Going on holiday alone can sometimes be a challenge. Or if you are a bit older or have health problems, it is often exciting to go on a trip. What if something happens to you on your holiday?
The accommodations
Our cottage Casa Pauline is safe and on the ground floor. This accommodation takes into account people who are disabled or confined to a wheelchair. The other two cottages Casa Florine and Casa Celine are also on the ground floor and equipped with all amenities but are only accessible by stairs. 
Host and hostess
We live on the premises ourselves and are available 24/7. Not only for questions or problems but also for a chat or a drink.
GP
Our skilled and sympathetic Dutch GP lives and works in a village further away in a health centre. In our own village there are two dentists. There is also a large pharmacy and in Fuseta there is a good physiotherapist.
iMergencies Care
We are affiliated with iMergencies Care and for our guests with iMergencies Tourist Care. They ensure that foreigners who do not have a good command of Portuguese are helped quickly and adequately in (often) their own native language. Read more about iMergencies here .
Activities
During your holiday, you can participate in various activities in the immediate vicinity, such as yoga lessons, golf lessons, dancing and organised walks.
We have put together a digital newsletter for you as a guest with information about what there is to do in the area, so that you can easily go out during your stay with us.
If you want to participate in a certain activity or workshop, please let us know in advance. We will then make sure it is arranged during your holiday!

Beach
The cozy fishing village of Fuseta is 8 kilometers away from us. There is an inner beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and the sea is shallow and has no waves. At the restaurant Borda d'Aqua you can eat and drink deliciously. The parking lot is only 100 meters away from this beach and it is wheelchair accessible.

Overwintering
The Algarve is known for its high number of hours of sunshine per year. A large number of people from all over Europe spend the winter there. The nice thing is that the villages around us are therefore cozy and lively. Who wouldn't want to have a lovely lunch outside in the sun! Read more here .
Additional services
Think of a filled fridge on arrival, champagne in the room, hotel service every day, breakfast, arrange a taxi, pick up from the airport. We can also arrange a massage, beauty treatments, yoga or golf lessons for you. Let us know when you book what we can do for you.
Miscellaneous
Of course we provide a first aid kit, fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide/gas alarm detectors, motion detectors and the like in the rental accommodation.
In short, it is a pleasant thought that a relaxing holiday here in Portugal, even in case of emergency, is well organised!
