Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho consists of three rental accommodations, Casa Pauline, Casa Florine and Casa Celine, shared swimming pool and (future jeu de boules court) in a young Mediterranean garden.
Casa Pauline
The former old Portuguese cottage Casa Pauline is a wonderfully authentic, comfortable and luxurious self-catered holiday home for 1-3 persons, with two bedrooms and a shared swimming pool.
What will Casa Pauline offer?
The cottage is renovated as much as possible in Portuguese style with the well-known authentic Portuguese details. Suitable for 1-3 persons, young and old but unfortunately not for pets. Also suitable for a family with baby and/or toddler.
The holiday home consists of a bright living room with a view of the sea, the private Mediterranean garden and the neighbours' olive grove. Air conditioning and underfloor cooling in the summer and comfortable underfloor heating and a cosy wood stove in the winter.
From the cozy living room you have access to the largest bedroom, the bathroom and the second smaller bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen linen and separate large fridge. And of course all the necessities for cooking, crockery and cutlery.
Master bedroom
This contains a double bed with topper, clothes rack, air conditioning and patio doors to the private spacious garden and terrace. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. The bathrobes and towels are ready!
Second bedroom
This consists of a single bed and a baby bed. Also all baby facilities are present such as high chair, changing mat. Let us know when booking if you would like to use this extra bedroom.
Garden
The large private garden with terrace (>100m2) is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, lovely sunbeds, a seat, parasol and a (gas) barbecue. It is completely fenced and, like the house, has been made child-safe. There is a terrace at the front and at the side of the house and there is a private parking space.
Remote working
If you want to work during your stay at Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho besides relaxing, you can do so with us. We provide a good desk chair and WiFi.
Overwintering
Both Casa Pauline and Casa Florine are reserved for winterers from October 15th to April 15th. Our winter rate is 40% of the standard price for a minimum stay of 4 weeks.
In mid-September, when winterers have had the opportunity to make their booking for long stays (>28 days), the calendar will be opened again for shorter bookings.
