Kitchen
It is equipped with an oven, induction hob, extractor fan, small double dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen linen, crockery, cutlery and a separate large refrigerator. And of course all the necessities for cooking.  

Bathroom
The bathroom consists of a vanity with washbasin. The floor has Portuguese tiles that are artisanally handcrafted by an 83-year-old craftsman from the area.

Naturally equipped with modern underfloor heating for winter! A rain shower with hand shower, vanity and toilet complete the bathroom. 

Living room
Here you will find two comfortable armchairs, a three‑seat velour sofa, coffee table with marble and glass, and a modern rug.

You can dine at the wooden dining table with four compact handcrafted linen‑look dining chairs. And not to forget the cosy wood stove, the firewood is already ready.

Large bedroom
This consists of a handcrafted luxury box spring with upholstered headboard and a 21 cm high hotel‑quality medium‑firmness mattress measuring 180 cm × 200 cm and a topper.

A wardrobe, a chest of drawers, air conditioning and French doors opening onto the private spacious garden. Bathrobes and bath towels are ready for you!

Small bedroom
This consists of a single sofa bed (can be extended to a double bed) with a good quality mattress.

Also a hanging area for your clothes and a well‑filled bookcase. Additionally, beside the single bed, a baby crib can be placed.

Garden
The large private Mediterranean garden with terrace is equipped with a parasol, lounge set for relaxing outdoors. Both at the front and side of the property there is a terrace and a parking space. 

Communal garden
In the communal young Mediterranean garden there are mainly plants from the Algarve such as yuccas, cacti and succulents. But palms, cypresses and fruit trees are also present. 

Here you will also find the large gas barbecue where you can grill to your heart's content. 

Shared pool
Finally the saltwater pool measuring 10 by 4 meters. Large enough to swim a few laps or to relax on the edge of the water with a drink.

Sun loungers are ready for you under the palms with a view of the Atlantic coast. Let the vacation begin!

Tourist tax
- From May to October, for a maximum of 5 nights, you pay two euros per person per night.
- From November to April, for a maximum of 5 nights, you pay one euro per person per night.
