Our future Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho in the Algarve will consist of two rental accommodations, Casa Pipa and Casa Lokeh, swimming pool and boules court.
Casa Lokeh, our future modern luxury and hotel chic self-catered studio of approximately 40 m2 in the Algarve, for 1-2 people, (also suitable for remote workers), shared swimming pool is available for rent from 2025.
The studio is equipped with every comfort with a view of the spacious garden and olive grove. Comfortable underfloor heating for winter and automatic air conditioning for summer. Unfortunately not suitable for children and pets.
What will studio Casa Lokeh offer?
A lovely one with a sofa and relaxing armchair, well-stocked bookcase and television.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator and wine refrigerator. The dining area is spacious with a cozy dining table and 4 chairs.
For guests who want to work during their stay, there is a desk, office chair, large screen and printer.
The sleeping area in the spacious studio has a 180x200/210cm two-person electric beds with luxury topper, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and patio doors to the garden/terrace.
The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. Bath and bed linen are provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large bath towels for the pool and/or beach.
The garden is equipped with luxurious garden furniture, lovely comfortable sunbeds and a (gas) barbecue.
Rates 2025
* High season (May-October) --- 175.00 per night = 1225.00 euros per week
* Standard season (Nov-April)--140.00 per night = 980.00 euros per week
*The above prices are based on a minimum of 7 nights
