Our future Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho consists of two rental accommodations, Casa Pipa and Casa Lokeh and occasionally our own home Casa Vista do Mar, swimming pool and jeu de boules court in a Mediterranean garden. We started construction in March 2024.
Casa Vista do Mar
Our future luxury modern (holiday) home 90 m2 Casa Vista do Mar has a heated shared swimming pool and a beautiful view of the fishing village of Fuseta and the Atlantic Ocean in the Algarve. Suitable for 1-2 people, unfortunately not for children and pets. The house is completely wheelchair friendly.
What will Casa Vista do Mar offer?
A cozy living room with fireplace gives direct access to a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and heated shared swimming pool.
The kitchen will be equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen linen and refrigerator. The cozy dining table is adjacent to the open kitchen.
In the hall you will find a toilet, the utility room with washing machine and the passage to the spacious bedroom. This consists of a double bed with topper, wardrobe, air conditioning and patio doors to the garden and sea views. The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and second toilet.
The accompanying garden will be equipped with all garden furniture, lovely sunbeds, parasol and (gas) barbecue. The garden consists largely of Mediterranean plants and trees and of course the orange trees for which our area is famous are not missing. From the garden you can take the stairs up to the roof terrace and have a beautiful view of the ocean.
The house has underfloor heating and a fireplace for the winter and automatic air conditioning for the summer. The (shared) swimming pool will be heated so that you can enjoy swimming in the early and late season.
