Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho
Our Guesthouse consists of three rental accommodations, Casa Pauline, Casa Florine and Casa Celine, shared swimming pool and (future jeu de boules court) in a young Mediterranean garden.
Overwintering
Both Casa Pauline and Casa Florine will be available for winterers from October 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026. It is already possible to book these two holiday accommodations for wintering!
In mid-July 2025, when winterers have already had the opportunity to make their bookings for winter 2025-2026, the calendar will be opened again for shorter winter bookings.
Casa Pauline
The former old Portuguese cottage Casa Pauline is a wonderfully authentic, comfortable and luxurious self-catered holiday home for 1-2 persons, with two bedrooms and a shared swimming pool.
What will Casa Pauline offer?
The cottage is renovated in Portuguese style with the well-known authentic Portuguese details. Suitable for 1-2 persons, young and old but unfortunately not for pets.
The holiday home consists of a bright living room with a view of the sea, the private Mediterranean garden and the neighbours' olive grove. Air conditioning and underfloor cooling in the summer and comfortable underfloor heating and a cosy wood stove in the winter.
From the cozy living room you have access to the largest bedroom, the bathroom and the second smaller bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen linen and separate large fridge. And of course all the necessities for cooking, crockery and cutlery.
Master bedroom
This contains a lovely double box spring bed with luxury topper, clothes rack, air conditioning and patio doors to the private spacious garden and terrace. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. The bathrobes and towels are ready!
Second bedroom
Please let us know when booking if you would like to use this extra bedroom with a single bed.
Garden
The large private garden with terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, lovely sunbeds, a seat, parasol and a (gas) barbecue. It is completely fenced and, like the house, has been made child-safe. There is a terrace at the front and side of the house and there is a private parking space.
Remote working
If you want to work during your stay at Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho besides relaxing, you can do so with us. We provide a good desk chair and WiFi.
To book
By the way, you can already book with us if you want to overwinter in 2025-2026. As soon as you book 28 or more days with us, you will immediately receive our overwinter discount on the invoice! Our overwinter rate is 490 euros per week and a minimum of 4 weeks.

* Extra person (single nights, only upon consultation) is 35.00 euros per night.
* Not suitable for pets.
* Contact us if you would like to book a shorter stay during this winter period in a period that the booking system indicates that this is not possible. We are happy to think along with you!

Tourist tax
Since June 2023, we are obliged as a landlord to collect tourist tax. This is not included in the price:
- From May - October, with a maximum of 5 nights, two euros per person per night.
- From November to April, with a maximum of 5 nights, one euro per night.
- Children under the age of 16 are not liable for tax.
Furnishing
Because our Guesthouse is currently under construction, we cannot show any real photos yet. The photos with this accommodation are impressions of how it will look. We want to furnish each accommodation differently and are assisted by the Belgian designers Tom and Pieter from Concept X Interiors from the neighboring town of Olhao.
