Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho consists of two rental holiday accommodations that are very suitable for winterers here in the sunny Eastern Algarve. Portugal.
Overwintering
Casa Pauline and Casa Florine will be reserved for winterers from October 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026. It is already possible to book these two holiday accommodations for wintering (>28 days)! Contact us if you prefer to book a short stay during this period. We are happy to think along with you.
In mid-July 2025, when winterers have had the opportunity to make their long-stay bookings (winter 2025-2026), the calendar will be reopened for shorter winter bookings.
Casa Pauline
The former old Portuguese cottage Casa Pauline is a wonderfully authentic, comfortable and luxurious self-catered holiday home for 1-2 persons, with two bedrooms and a shared swimming pool.
What does Casa Pauline offer?
The cottage is renovated in Portuguese style with the well-known authentic Portuguese details. Suitable for 1-2 persons, young and old but unfortunately not for pets.
The holiday home consists of a bright living room with a view of the sea, the private Mediterranean garden and the neighbours' olive grove. Air conditioning and underfloor cooling in the summer and comfortable underfloor heating and a cosy wood stove in the winter.
From the cozy living room you have access to the largest bedroom, the bathroom and the second smaller bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen linen and separate large fridge. And of course all the necessities for cooking, crockery and cutlery.
Master bedroom
This contains a lovely double bed with topper, clothes rack, air conditioning and patio doors to the private spacious terrace and garden. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. The bathrobes and towels are ready!
Second bedroom
Please let us know when booking if you would like to use this extra bedroom with a single bed.
Garden
The large private garden with terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, lovely sunbeds or a seat, parasol and a (gas) barbecue. There is a terrace at the front and side of the house and there is parking space.
Remote working
If you want to work during your stay at Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho besides relaxing, you can do so with us. We provide a good desk chair and WiFi.
To book
Casa Pauline and also Casa Florine will be kept free for winterers from October 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026. Book now if you want to winter in 2025-2026. As soon as you book 28 or more days with us via the booking system, you will immediately receive our winter rate on the invoice.

* Winter rate is 490 euros per week in winter 2025-2026 and is based on >28 nights.
* Price is based on one to two adults.
* Extra person is 35.00 euros per night, (single nights, only upon consultation).
* Not suitable for pets.
* During the winter period the booking system is set to a minimum of 28 nights.
* Contact us if you would prefer to book a shorter stay during this winter period.

Tourist tax
Since June 2023, we are obliged as a landlord to collect tourist tax. This is not included in the price:
- From May - October, with a maximum of 5 nights, two euros per person per night.
- From November to April, with a maximum of 5 nights, one euro per night.
Furnishing
Because our Guesthouse is currently under construction we can't show any real pictures yet. The pictures at this accommodation are impressions of how it will possibly look.
We want to furnish each accommodation differently and are assisted in this by the Belgian designers Tom and Pieter from Concept X Interiors from the neighbouring town of Olhao.
Be welcome or be welcome
Perhaps we will see you in winter 2025 - 2026! The first booking in this winter period has already been received. Don't wait too long to book because comfortable winter accommodations on the coast are very popular.
