Our rental holiday homes Casa Pauline and Casa Florine will be available for winterers here in the Algarve, Portugal at Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho from October 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026.
Our Guesthouse in the Eastern Algarve will open on July 1, 2025 and consists of three rental accommodations, Casa Pauline, Casa Florine and Casa Celine, a shared swimming pool and (future) jeu de boules court.
Overwintering
Casa Florine will be available for winter visitors from October 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026. When you book >28 nights in this period, our winter rate applies. When you book, our winter rate of 490 euros per week will be automatically invoiced. Book now!
If you would rather book a shorter period with us during these winter months, please let us know! We will then look together at the possibilities.
In mid-July 2025, when winterers have already had the opportunity to make their bookings for winter 2025-2026, the calendar will be opened again for shorter winter bookings.
Casa Florine
Our modern, luxurious and hotel chic self-catered studio of approximately 40 m2, for 1-2 persons.
The studio is equipped with all comfort with a view of the spacious garden (25m) and beautiful olive grove of the neighbors. From your terrace you have a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable floor heating for the winter and automatic air conditioning for the summer.
What does studio Casa Florine offer?
A lovely spacious studio with a sofa and relax armchair, well-stocked bookcase. The open kitchen with Portuguese marble countertop is equipped with induction hob with extractor, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer and wine cooler.
And of course all the necessities for cooking, kitchen linen, crockery and cutlery. The dining area is spacious with a cozy dining table and 4 chairs.
The sleeping area in the spacious studio has a 180x200/210cm double box-spring single bed with luxury topper, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and patio doors to your private garden/terrace.
Adjacent is the luxurious bathroom and is equipped with a walk-in shower, marble bathroom furniture and toilet. Bath and bed linen is provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large bath towels for the pool and/or beach.
The garden is equipped with luxurious garden furniture, lovely comfortable sunbeds or seating and a (gas) barbecue.
Remote working
If you want to work as well as relax during your stay at Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho, you can do so.
At the Casa Florine studio a separate workspace has been created consisting of a desk, desk chair, good lighting, printer and of course WiFi. If you need an extra large screen we will provide that.

Tourist tax
Since June 2023, we are obliged as a landlord to collect tourist tax. This is not included in the price:
- From May - October, with a maximum of 5 nights, two euros per person per night.
- From November to April, with a maximum of 5 nights, one euro per night.
Furnishing
Because our Guesthouse is currently under construction we can't show any real pictures yet. The pictures at this accommodation are impressions of how it will possibly look.
We want to furnish every home differently and uniquely and are assisted in this by the Belgian designers Tom and Pieter from Concept X Interiors from the neighbouring town of Olhao.
