The former old Portuguese cottage Casa Pauline (40 m2) is a wonderfully authentic comfortable and luxurious self-catered holiday home with two bedrooms and shared pool for 1-3 persons.
What does Casa Pauline offer?
The cottage is renovated in Portuguese style with the well-known authentic Portuguese details. Suitable for young and old but also suitable for remote workers and a family with baby and/or toddler.
The high wooden ceilings and many windows make the holiday home look light and spacious. It has a view of the sea, its own private Mediterranean garden and the neighbours' olive grove.
Air conditioning and underfloor cooling in the summer and comfortable underfloor heating and a cozy wood stove in the winter. The floor is covered with handmade Portuguese Santa Catarina floor tiles.
From the cozy living room you have access to the master bedroom, the bathroom and the second small bedroom. The kitchenette is located in the living room.
Kitchen
This is equipped with induction hob, extractor hood, small double dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen linen and separate large fridge. And of course all the necessities for cooking, crockery and cutlery.
Bathroom
The cozy bathroom consists of a bathroom cabinet with washbasin. On the floor are Portuguese tiles that are handmade by an 83-year-old craftsman from the neighborhood.
Of course, with the modern floor heating of today for the winter! A rain shower with hand shower, bathroom furniture and toilet complete the bathroom.
Living room
Here you will find two comfortable armchairs, a three-seater velvet sofa, a coffee table with marble and glass and a modern carpet in winter.
You can eat at the wooden dining table with four compact handmade dining chairs in linen look. And not to forget the cozy wood stove.
Master bedroom
This consists of a handmade luxury box spring with quilted headboard and 21 cm high hotel quality medium-hardness mattress of 180cmx200cm.
A clothes rack, a chest of drawers, air conditioning and patio doors to your own spacious garden. Bathrobes and bath towels are ready for you!
Second bedroom
This consists of a single bed and a baby bed. Also all baby facilities are present such as high chair, changing mat.
Garden
The large private Mediterranean garden with terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, parasol and a (gas) barbecue.
It is completely fenced and has been made childproof just like the house. There is a terrace and a parking space at the front and side of the house.
Remote working
If you want to relax during your stay at Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho and also work remotely, you can do so with us. We provide a good desk chair and good WiFi.

- From May to October, maximum 5 nights, two euros per person per night.
- From November to April, maximum 5 nights, one euro per person per night.

If you have a unique discount code, enter this code when booking this Portuguese cottage. The discount will then be immediately deducted from the invoice.
Furnishing
Our Guesthouse is currently under construction. The photos of this accommodation are impressions of what it could look like.
Together with the Belgian designers Tom and Pieter from Concept X Interiors from the neighboring town of Olhao we are furnishing our three accommodations. We are super enthusiastic about their designs and have ordered everything from them!
