Our future Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho in the Algarve consists of two rental accommodations, Casa Pauline and Casa Florine, swimming pool and jeu de boules court in a young Mediterranean garden. We started construction in March 2024.
Casa Pauline
The old Portuguese house Casa Pauline (50m) will become a wonderfully authentic, comfortable and luxurious self-catered holiday home with two bedrooms and a shared swimming pool for 1-2 people. Our booking site will be open from October 2024 and Casa Pauline can be rented from summer 2025.
The house is being completely renovated in Portuguese style with the well-known authentic Portuguese details. Suitable for 1-3 people, young and old, but unfortunately not for pets. Also suitable for a family with a baby and/or toddler.
What will Casa Pauline offer?
The 50m2 holiday home will consist of a bright living room with a view of the sea, the Mediterranean garden and the neighbors' olive grove. Air conditioning for the summer and comfortable underfloor heating and a cozy wood stove for the winter.
From the cozy living room you have access to the largest bedroom, the bathroom and the second smaller bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen linen and separate large refrigerator.
Large bedroom
This will consist of a double bed with topper, clothes rack, air conditioning and patio doors to the garden. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. The bathrobes are ready!
Second bedroom
Please let us know when booking if you would like to use this extra bedroom. This consists of a single bed, baby cot and a chest of drawers/chest of drawers.
Garden
The garden is equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, lovely sunbeds, a parasol and a (gas) barbecue. It is fully fenced and, just like the house, has been made child-proof. There is a terrace at both the front and the side of the house and there is a private parking space.

High season (May-October) --- from 175.00 per night* = from 1225.00 euros per week
Standard season (Nov-April)-- from 140.00 per night* = from 980.00 euros per week
