Our future Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho in the Algarve will consist of two rental accommodations, Casa Pauline and Casa Florine, a swimming pool and jeu de boules court.
Casa Florine, our future modern, luxurious and hotel chic self-catered studio of approximately 40 m2 in the Algarve, for 1-2 people and shared heated swimming pool, can be rented from summer 2025. The booking site will be open for summer reservations from October 2024. 2025!
The studio is equipped with every comfort with a view of the spacious garden and olive grove. Comfortable underfloor heating for winter and automatic air conditioning for summer. Unfortunately not suitable for children and pets.
What will studio Casa Florine offer?
A lovely spacious studio with a sofa and relaxing armchair, well-stocked bookcase and television.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator and wine refrigerator. The dining area is spacious with a cozy dining table and 4 chairs.
The sleeping area in the spacious studio has a 180x200/210cm twin beds with luxurious topper, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and patio doors to the garden/terrace.
The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. Bath and bed linen are provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large bath towels for the pool and/or beach.
The garden is equipped with luxurious garden furniture, wonderfully comfortable sunbeds and a (gas) barbecue.
Rates 2025
* High season (May-October) --- from 175.00 per night = from 1225.00 euros per week
* Standard season (Nov-April)--from 140.00 per night = from 980.00 euros per week
