Casa Florine 1-2 person luxury studio (1-7-2025)

Boutique Guesthouse-Moncarapacho in the Algarve will open on July 1, 2025 and will consist of two rental accommodations, Casa Pauline and Casa Florine, a shared swimming pool and (future) boules court.

Casa Florine, our modern, luxurious and hotel chic self-catered studio of approximately 40 m2, for 1-2 persons and shared pool is available for rent from July 2025. The booking site is already open for reservations from October 2024!

The studio is equipped with all comforts with a view of the spacious garden and olive grove. Comfortable underfloor heating for the winter and automatic air conditioning for the summer. Unfortunately not suitable for children and pets.

What will studio Casa Florine offer?
A lovely spacious studio with a sofa and relaxing armchair, well-stocked bookcase and television.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and wine fridge. The dining area is spacious with a cosy dining table and 4 chairs. And of course all the necessities for cooking, kitchen linen, crockery and cutlery.

The sleeping area in the spacious studio has a 180x200/210cm double bed with luxury topper, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and patio doors to the garden/terrace.

The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. Bath and bed linen is provided, as well as comfortable bathrobes and large bath towels for the pool and/or beach.

The garden is equipped with luxurious garden furniture, lovely comfortable sunbeds or seating and a (gas) barbecue.

Rates July 2025 to April 30, 2026

* High season (May-October)--- from 175.00 per night = from 1225.00 euros per week

* Standard season (Nov-Apr)--from 140.00 per night = from 980.00 euros per week

* The above prices are based on a minimum of 7 nights

* For stays of less than 7 nights, you will find the adjusted prices in our booking system
